So sad, but so wonderful to have a Mom who cared so much, God Bless

Joy Crowley

Dan: This is Joy, Kristen Held's aunt. I lost my Mom when she was 63. That is much too young for anyone to lose a mother, and although it has now been over 30 years, I still lament we didn't have sufficient time together. She died of a weak heart created by the rheumatic fever she had as a child. Please accept my condolences on the loss of your mother. You will find that eventually the numbness and hurt lessens, but if you are like me, you will retain that urge to call her and let her know your news every once in awhile. You do know, of course, that your mother and Tessa have probably already had a few conversations together before Tessa got here! Don't be surprised if she has you all figured out already. Your mentioning of how big Molly now seems was exactly what I told Kristen she would notice when Liam was held next to Lorelei! My 19 month old similarly eclipsed her newborn brother - and tho' he's now 6'4" and in his midfoties, he whould tell you she has never ceased trying to eclipse him! I wish you and yours comfort in the months ahead, and a good art year. Joy Crowley, Reno
