The Vault Gallery - Cambria, CA

On the recommendation by a number of people who'd stopped into my studio these last months I took a short road trip last Monday up to Cambria to visit The Vault Gallery.  I got to talking to Laylon, the owner, and I showed her my work.  On Thursday she made the trip down to my studio to see it in person and today, Friday, I took four paintings up to show in her gallery!  So we'll see what Cambria thinks!

People of San Francisco

Here is a commissioned piece that I just finished.  The goal was to compose a triptych portraying the city of San Francisco through its people.  I went up to "The City" this spring to shoot a bunch of photos from around town and then worked with the client to pick out the three that told the story best.  Each painting measures 24"x36".
